II. We believe in Jesus Christ (the Anointed), Son of God the Heavenly Father, as the sole means of mankind's total redemption from sin, death and corruption through the sole atoning work of His blood shed on the Cross from the foundation of the world, having come in the flesh as all God and all man, laying aside His Heavenly glory so as to bring mankind again unto Himself, redeeming Him, and rising from the dead, to sit at the right hand of God the Father Almighty in full majesty and splendor and rule.
III. We believe in the Person of the Holy Spirit, fully God and co-equal in power and part and agreement, Who is in the Earth today convicting the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment, and Who is moving on behalf of the born again saints (children) of God, enabling and perfecting the work of God in and through mankind.
IV. We believe that the Ten Commandments are fully relevant to the Christian life today.
We also believe in the Command and Law of Love given to us by Jesus, as Biblically defined: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
V. We believe that the Holy Bible is the authoritative holy written Word of God, inerrant in all proper application, the gift of God to man for accountable and holy living.
VI. We believe in the Biblical salvation experience as documented in John 3:16-17 and Romans 10:9-13 through the atoning work of Christ as written above.
VII. We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, as Biblically documented as the Son (Christ Jesus)'s work, sending the Promise of the Father, with the accompanying evidences of the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit, including the message and prayer language gift of speaking in unknown tongues. We believe that these gifts are for the edifying of the Body and evangelism and not for individual personal profiteering.
VIII. We believe that Jesus has set up the five fold ministry of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher (Ephesians 4:11-16) as ministerial callings and authorities in the Church and that a balance of these ministries should be in every believer's life.
IX. We believe in the Soon Coming Return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the "Rapture" of the Church and the Judgment and tribulations to follow. We believe in the Biblically documented Millenium where Jesus will rule and reign on the earth for 1,000 years.
X. We believe in grace for every believer who is working in the Kingdom of God, and who is studying to show themselves approved unto God, and for those who are seeking to be perfected in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit according to the Word of God. We believe in the ability of God's power of Love to fully overcome the works of sin, flesh and works of Satan, the devil. We believe that this is applied to the believer through repentance.
XI. We believe that Jesus Christ is Son of God and Son of man and the God-sent Messiah for both Jewish and non-Jewish persons. We believe that He is the Savior of the world.
There is an enemy to the perfect and eternal life of God. Humanity was given choice and that choice was presented through the enemy of God, Satan. Man chose the way of self from Satan's lies, and fell from the perfection of God. Yet God in His mercy had compassion to give mankind another chance and the choice to again choose Him, which is wisdom.
He sent His Son Jesus to die on a Cross to pay the price for the result of man's wrongful choice. Man was cursed to die through that wrong choice, but through Jesus man can live again, through faith in Him. His resurrection is proof that God can raise men from the dead.
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, 'Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.' For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek [it's not based on race], for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved." Romans 10:9-13
This is Good News! And it works. Jesus in you is the hope of Glory. Invite Him into your life. Ask Him to forgive you of all of your sins--He will, by the integrity of His Word (not man's). Confess Him with your mouth (tell someone) and you shall be saved!
And you can tell me! I would love to know! And prayers will be offered on your behalf that you will come to know the fullness of God in all His glory. See you in Heaven, if not before!
God bless you and welcome to the family of God!!!
